Crystal Resort - Bakuriani

The room was spacious and had a good view of the surrounding scenery. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It was not cleaned regularly, and we had to ask for essential items like toilet paper. Also, the advertised amenities like the kitchen lacked basic equipment and were not usable. The communication with the front desk was also difficult due to language barriers and limited English proficiency, which made solving problems a hassle. it was an overpriced stay, not meeting the expectations.

This hotel was brand new and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room which was equipped with a washer and dryer. We also loved the two balconies that overlook the ice rink. the location was key as it was close to major skiing areas and had easy access to public transportation.

The kitchen was not fully equipped with essential items such as pots and pans. communication with reception was difficult due to the limited English proficiency.

We had an awesome stay! The hotel had excellent facilities, such as a clean pool and hot tub that we didn't have to pay extra for, and a washer and dryer in the room. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, great to check-in early and check-out late. The location was convenient, located close to major skiing areas and not too far from the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location of this place is perfect, situated near important areas for easy access. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, ensuring that all my needs were met. The housekeeping team kept my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The airport shuttle service provided by this hotel was smooth and convenient, taking away any stress of getting to and from the airport.

It was easy to access the center and nearby attractions. the room was clean and had a great view of the ice rink. We appreciated having a washer and a sink in the apartment, which was very convenient. the staff was helpful and responsive to our needs.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room. It was only cleaned twice during six days, and we had to ask for toilet paper.

Brand new, neat and clean with washer and dryer. Two balconies with view of the ice rink. Early check-in and late check-out. Free pool and hot tub access. Convenient location for skiing areas. Spacious and bright room. Responsive staff. a great stay.
